This is Ada Lovelace. She was an English writer and mathematician but she is most famous for her work on Charles Babbage’s early mechanical , general purpose computer – The Analytical Engine. In Ada’s notes are what are considered to be the world’s first ever algorithm, making Ada the world’s first ever computer programmer.
And it is also worth noting that it was Ada’s work which help inspire Alan Turing’s development of the modern computer in the 1940s
